Nicole Chase
Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd.
Nicole has been providing legal support to Mt. Logan since she joined the Everest Group Law Department in 2016.
Nicole has been working in the insurance-linked securities space for seven years. She represents Mt. Logan Capital Management, Ltd. (MLCM) in all aspects of its business, including global compliance, the various stages of the investor life cycle, and as Corporate Secretary. In addition, as Legal Counsel of MLCM, she supports various other Everest departments in transactional areas such as securities law, investment management, secured lending, and corporate governance and record-keeping.
Prior to joining the MLCM team, Nicole spent most of her legal career as a corporate associate at various law firms in New York and New Jersey, practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, secured finance, and corporate governance.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale College, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University. She is admitted and licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
