Carole Collard

Finance Director

Carole Collard is the Finance Director for Mt. Logan.

Carole joined Mt. Logan as the Finance Director in 2015 where she is responsible for  financial reporting to include preparation, production, and review of financial reporting materials and metrics, for Internal control (documentation of the finance and operational procedures, performance of the internal controls reviews and compliance). She is also the main liaison with the Fund Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of Net Asset Values to various investors. She is included in the process re-engineering to gain efficiencies with new technologies.

Prior to that, Carole spent over a decade at Deloitte where she was Senior Group Manager of Deloitte Ltd. Bermuda in the Secondment department, and earlier in her career was an Auditor Associate at EY. Carole has a diversified range of experience and knowledge acquired working in the financial services industry field with an emphasis on insurance, reinsurance and banking in functions relating to accounting and financial reporting, documentation, risk management, internal audit, change management, process re-engineering, merger and acquisition, project management and outsourcing for numerous companies.

Carole holds a Master of Business Administration degree (Major in Finance) and a Bachelor’s degree in business management business from ICHEC I.S. C. Saint Louis University, Brussels. She is also an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and an Associate in Risk Management in ERM (ARM-E) from American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
