Dean Brown is Chief Operations Officer at Everest.
Dean joined Everest in 2021 as the Head of Group Strategy and was named Group Chief Operations Officer in 2024, assuming responsibility for the operations, data and analytics, innovation, and business architecture functions globally. Prior to Everest, Dean held a wide range of P&C industry leadership roles at Chubb, ACE, Allianz, and Aon both in the U.S. and internationally. Dean began his career as an engineer in the technology industry.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
