Everest Re Group, Ltd. (NYSE: RE) announced today that Michael Mulray will be joining the Company as Chief Underwriting Officer of Everest National Insurance Company / U.S. Insurance Operations.
HAMILTON, Bermuda – May 6, 2015 -- Everest Re Group, Ltd. (NYSE: RE) announced today that Michael Mulray will be joining the Company as Chief Underwriting Officer of Everest National Insurance Company / U.S. Insurance Operations.Mr. Mulray joins Everest from General Electric Company, where he spent the last decade in a variety of risk and insurance leadership positions. This included his role as Enterprise Risk leader within GE Upstream Oil & Gas Division and as a member of the GE Insurance and Risk Management practice, maintaining responsibility for Casualty Risk Management across GE’s global portfolio. Mr. Mulray began his career with Aon Risk Services, serving in a variety of roles in both the US and Bermuda markets.

Mr. Mulray will assume his new position with immediate effect and will be based in the organization’s Liberty Corner, NJ offices.
