Our claims handling practices and policies ensure that claims are handled fairly and promptly, and there are no unreasonable barriers in the process. We have the expertise and authority to provide claims handling service and customer/broker relationship management, operating to Everest's Global Claims Standards. In addition, our in-country team is supported by Everest’s deep domain knowledge for losses that are very high value and/or complex in nature.
