Social Responsibility

At Everest, we believe that our future is determined by the actions we take today. Actions that go beyond just business strategy but also encompass the values important to our colleagues and the communities in which we operate.

American Cancer Society

Our colleagues spent a morning running against cancer at American Cancer Society’s George Washington Bridge Challenge. Everest is a 2018 Partner Against Cancer with ACS.

Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park

Our Everest London colleagues spent time volunteering at London Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. The group collected litter, pulled weeds and transported cement to help maintain the park and nature reserve for visitors.

Willing Hearts

Our Everest Singapore colleagues spent their afternoon sweating it out at a soup kitchen operated by Willing Hearts, preparing ingredients and baking over a thousand pieces of croissants for the next day. Willing Hearts distributed daily meals to over 6,000 beneficiaries island-wide.

United Way

Everest colleagues donated over 1,700 backpacks nationwide to United Way's Tools for School Program, providing children in need with fully-stocked bags for the new school year.

Together we Rise

Everest volunteers built bicycles and decorated ‘sweet cases’ packed with toys and necessities, so that no foster child is forced to transport their possessions in a trash bag.

Habitat for Humanity

Throughout the year, our colleagues take days out of the office to engage in some community building: Here, our colleagues spent the day supporting the community with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County.

Covenant House

The Everest team raised funds for Covenant House, then spent the night on the street while they learned about the challenges homeless youths face, and how the organization helps kids who turn to them for shelter and support.

Rise Against Hunger

It’s amazing what you can do in a day. Ninety Everest colleagues packed 20,000 healthy meals to distribute to Rise Against Hunger’s partners throughout the world.

Steps Together

Each year, our Everest colleagues walk with a purpose by supporting Steps Together, an organization that raises funds to help support families in our community facing medical crises.
