Everest Insurance® Names Head of Everest Specialty Underwriters
LIBERTY CORNER, NEW JERSEY – December 8, 2020 – Everest Insurance® announced today that Robert Clark has been named Senior Vice President, Head of Everest Specialty Underwriters (ESU).In Rob’s capacity as Head of ESU, he will be responsible for leading the growth and management of the ESU business segments, including Financial and Professional Lines, Alternative Solutions (Transactional Liability & Private Equity), Political Risk & Trade Credit, and Surety.
Rob has been a key leader at Everest since joining the organization in October 2015 as Vice President, Head of Alternative Solutions. During Rob’s tenure at Everest, he has built out the division’s top-tier global transactional risk and private equity industry practice groups.
Rob will continue to be based in the company’s New York City office, reporting to Mike Karmilowicz, President and CEO, Everest Insurance®.

Rob has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. He has his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
