We look for programs and program administrators that have demonstrated a profitable track record and potential for growth. We seek the following characteristics in our program administrators:

• Knowledge of the chosen marketplace
• Knowledge of the targeted book of business
• A solid distribution system
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
• Strong financials

While our minimum premium requirements are flexible based on the individual characteristics presented by the program, each must have the critical mass to allow for profit considering both losses and expenses.

Our programs offer General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Employment Practices Liability, Auto Liability, Property, Crime and Umbrella coverages for agencies that provide temporary employee and/or direct hire services, professional employer organizations, administrative services, organizations and vendor management organizations. Workers' Compensation is available for temporary staffing firms, outplacement firms, executive recruiting firms and permanent placement firms.

The intended covered perils of the program are restricted to earthquakes (excluding fire following), earth movement and flood. 

Property, General Liability, Auto and Umbrella/Excess offering to the logging industry, which includes cutting and chipping of timber, as well as loading and transportation of logs.

Lawyers’ Professional Liability coverage for law firms with up to 10 attorneys in all states. 

Cyber Liability coverage for small businesses in all states. 

Management Liability coverage for small not-for-profits in all states. 

Offering General Liability, Property, Automobile, Inland Marine, Crime, Umbrella, and Workers’ Compensation to Security Guards, Private Investigators, Commercial Janitorial Contractors, Alarm Installation and Monitoring Companies, Fire Suppression/Sprinkler Contractors, Pest Control Operators, and Governmental Service Contractors within 50 states. 

Offering General Liability and Professional Liability to senior living facilities countrywide.

Small Commercial occupancies such as office buildings, commercial condominiums, etc., predominantly located in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. excluding Texas. 

Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability offering to land-based workers on navigable waters or in areas adjoining navigable waters of the U.S. 

Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability offering to small commercial businesses.
