As part of this commitment, Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A. recognizes the importance of the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities and/or weapons of mass destruction, and has therefore designed an Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Risk Management System (the "SARLAFT"), which consists of two main phases: (i) the prevention of AML risk, to prevent Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A. from being used to introduce or channel resources derived from the execution of crimes source of money laundering and/or destined to the financing of terrorism and/or the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction; and (ii) the control and monitoring of risk, to detect and report operations that are intended to be carried out or have been carried out with the purpose of giving the appearance of legality to operations related to ML/TF.

Protection of Personal Data
Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A., in its role as responsible or in charge of the treatment of personal or sensitive data, recognizes the importance of respecting the interests of our stakeholders and maintaining their trust in our company.
As part of this commitment, Everest Compañía de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A., has developed the Integral Program for the Management of Personal Data, through which it guarantees the appropriate treatment of the data of its employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, allies and third parties. The design, implementation and execution of this program will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Law 1266 of 2008, regarding the treatment of financial, credit, commercial, service and third country data, and Law 1581 of 2012, regarding the treatment of personal data and the exercise of the fundamental right of access to data, as well as its regulatory decrees and the instructions issued by the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
